Ethos

The integration of Sports Therapy and Strength and Conditioning provides a seamless, performance-led approach to athlete care. Regardless of your point of entry, we are able to guide you effectively towards your individual goals. For injured athletes, treatment and rehabilitation form the foundation of recovery, but we believe long-term success is achieved through continued strength and conditioning to enhance physical capacity, reduce injury risk, and support a safe return to performance.

For those who are injury-free and aiming to improve robustness and performance, soft tissue therapies such as sports massage play an important role in optimising recovery, maintaining tissue quality, and supporting training demands. Should an injury occur, a clear pathway is already in place to ensure prompt assessment, treatment, and progression back to full performance.

Experience

I am an experienced Physical Performance Coach and Sports Therapist with a proven track record across professional, semi-professional, and amateur sport. I have worked with athletes of all ages and physical abilities, delivering tailored, evidence-based rehabilitation and programming designed to return athletes back to sport, enhance performance and reduce injury risk.

Most recently, I worked full-time at Tottenham Hotspur FC within the Women’s Academy as a Physical Performance Coach, having previously supported the programme as a Sports Therapist. Operating within an elite sporting environment has strengthened my ability to integrate performance training with injury prevention and rehabilitation, ensuring athletes are physically prepared to meet the demands of high-level competition.

I have also gained extensive first-team experience at clubs including Leyton Orient FC, Boreham Wood FC, and Ware FC. Across these roles, I have managed the full injury pathway — from assessment and diagnosis through to treatment, rehabilitation, and return to play — while maintaining a strong focus on performance optimisation and injury risk reduction.

Alongside my work in football, I support a wide range of individuals through Penrose, including runners, footballers, golfers, netball, cricket & tennis players, Hyrox athletes, and weightlifters, as well as members of the general population who want to stay active, healthy, and injury-free. Every client receives a personalised approach built around their goals, lifestyle, and physical needs.

I hold a BSc in Sports Therapy and an MSc in Strength and Conditioning, providing an integrated foundation in sport medicine and high-performance training. Strength and conditioning is central to my practice, enabling athletes to develop the strength, speed, power, and resilience required for elite performance. By combining precise rehabilitation with progressive performance programming, I ensure clients not only return from injury safely, but do so physically prepared to meet the demands of training and competition, reducing re-injury risk and supporting long-term performance outcomes.
